Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to make working with us clear and fair. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work across our projects.
Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the project fee is required to start any project. This deposit reserves your project slot and covers early planning and setup work.
Before Work Starts
If you cancel before any work has started, your deposit is refunded in full. No questions asked.
After Work Starts
Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. It covers the time and resources already invested in your project.
Work Completed to Date
If you cancel mid-project, you are billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date, at the rates agreed in your proposal.
Delivered and Accepted Work
Work that has been delivered and accepted is final. The remaining balance is due on delivery and is not refundable.
Third-Party Costs
Any third-party costs already paid out, such as stock assets, fonts, hosting, or domain renewals, are non-refundable.
How to Cancel
To cancel a project, email us at hello@nemonade.agency. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your request.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and returned using the original payment method.
