By accessing this website or engaging Nemonade for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Nemonade provides brand identity design, website design and development, and video creation. The scope of each project, including deliverables and timeline, is defined in a proposal or agreement shared before work begins.
Quotes and Payment
A deposit of 50% of the project fee is required before work starts. The remaining balance is due on delivery of the final files. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments may pause active work.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, brand assets, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in approvals or materials may shift the project timeline.
Revisions
Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Intellectual Property
Once the full payment is received, final designs and files belong to you. Nemonade retains the right to show the work in our portfolio and on our website.
Confidentiality
We treat your project details and business information as confidential and will not share them without your permission, except when required by law.
Cancellation and Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel a project, you are billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
Third-Party Tools
Some projects may use third-party tools, hosting, fonts, or plugins with their own licenses and terms. You are responsible for renewing or maintaining subscriptions after handover.
Liability
Our services are provided as agreed in the proposal. Nemonade is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our work.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Beirut courts.
